Building on a successful ICHRA collaboration, Diversified deepens its commitment to Wisconsin employers through an exclusive benefit administration partnership
Diversified Benefit Services (Diversified) is pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership with Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) – the state’s combined chamber of commerce and manufacturers’ association – to now include Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), and COBRA administration services for WMC members across Wisconsin.
The expanded relationship builds upon the successful partnership announced last year between Diversified and WMC Insurance to provide discounted Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) administration services to Wisconsin employers. Under the enhanced arrangement, Diversified will now serve as WMC’s endorsed and preferred third-party administrator (TPA) for a broader suite of account-based benefit and compliance administration solutions.
As a result, WMC members will receive discounted pricing on Diversified’s administration services across all covered programs, while also gaining access to Diversified’s administrative infrastructure, compliance expertise, and dedicated service teams…the same resources already relied upon by thousands of clients and brokers.
“This expanded partnership reflects a shared commitment to helping Wisconsin employers navigate an increasingly complex employee benefits environment with practical, flexible solutions,” said Diversified’s Founder & President, Tim Pederson. “Today’s employers are looking for trusted partners that can simplify administration, support compliance obligations, and deliver a strong experience for both employers and employees. We’re proud that WMC continues to place its confidence in Diversified as a preferred resource for its members.”
As healthcare costs, compliance obligations, and workforce expectations continue to evolve, account-based benefit plans (such as FSAs, HSAs, HRAs, and ICHRAs) have become increasingly important tools for employers seeking greater flexibility, tax advantages, and long-term cost predictability. Likewise, COBRA administration services remain a critical component of employer compliance and employee support strategies.
“WMC has long been a respected voice for Wisconsin business,” Pederson said. “We’re excited to continue growing this relationship and helping employers across the state build benefit strategies that work for their organizations, their employees, and the realities of today’s marketplace.”
