Diversified Benefit Services, Inc. will be closed on November 26th and 27th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Claims deadline and reimbursement dates will be adjusted as follows:

Reimbursement Date: Nov. 27th
Adjusted Claims Deadline Date: Nov. 18th (by 9:00 a.m. CST)

Direct Deposit reimbursements will be posted on Friday, Nov. 27th
Check reimbursements will be mailed on Wednesday, Nov. 25th
Employer distributed checks will be sent on Tuesday, Nov. 24th

Reimbursement Date: Dec. 4th
Adjusted Claims Deadline Date: Nov. 24th (by 9:00 a.m. CST)
