An Important Message from The Bancorp

There is a pending fee increase which may affect some HSA-enrolled employees/members.

Effective July 1, 2014, the fee for mailed paper statements will increase to $2.50 per month (current fee is $1.25/month). Employees/members will receive advance notice of this fee increase starting in June. No action is needed on your part except to be aware of this change.

Avoid the fee. Online is free!
To avoid paying fees for mailed paper statements, account holders can sign up for FREE online statements. They’re fast, convenient and secure. They can be saved and printed, plus they reduce the risk of identity theft and mail fraud.

It’s easy to switch to online statements by logging into The Bancorp website. The notice to your employees/members will include instructions on how to change their statement delivery method.
