Diversified Benefit Services, Inc. will be closed on November 28th and 29th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.  Claims deadline and reimbursement dates will be adjusted as follows:

Reimbursement Date: Nov. 29th   

Adjusted Claims Deadline Date: Nov. 20th (by 9:00 a.m. CST)

  • Direct Deposit reimbursements will be posted on Friday, Nov. 29th
  • Check reimbursements will be mailed on Wednesday, Nov. 27th
  • Employer distributed checks will be sent on Tuesday, Nov. 26th

Reimbursement Date: Dec. 6th

Adjusted Claims Deadline Date: Nov. 26th (by 9:00 a.m. CST)

  • Reimbursements disbursed on normal schedule
